Professional development
Montano began his professional career at the Faculty of Philosophy in Osijek, precisely because of his interest in deepening his own knowledge of human behavior, the way individuals think and their feelings. Already in the earlier years of his studies, he realized that he saw his future mainly in the field of organizational psychology. Through various student jobs, internships and activities during his studies, he develops an additional affinity for working with people and the desire to help them in their work and daily functioning. Optional education provided him with extensive theoretical knowledge in various areas of psychology, and he had many opportunities to apply the same in practice through conducting workshops and trainings for different generations and groups of people. He believes that there is no obstacle that cannot be overcome by working together and with enough effort. In his work and in his private life, he believes in the importance of accepting the opinions of others, honesty and trust, because these are the foundations of every good relationship, both private and business. Currently, in Mind Lab, he is mostly involved in the candidate selection process, which includes a psychological assessment and the development of additional ways of measuring the abilities of the candidates who participate in it. In addition, he spends part of his time creating additional content that he wants to get as close as possible to and describe the impact and benefits of all aspects of organizational psychology to users. With a great desire for additional training in organizational psychology, she wants to further educate herself through some of the psychotherapy and deepen her knowledge in other areas of psychology, primarily clinical, because she believes that by doing so she can achieve additional success in working with people.

He believes that for a quality private, as well as working relationship, several factors should be satisfied. He believes in the tremendous benefit of feedback, sharing and accepting ideas and opinions. Of course, in every relationship, the starting point should be honesty, trust and mutual respect, because they are the basis of mutual success. He considers himself a relaxed and warm person who wants to achieve his goals and further develop and progress at every moment. He likes to spend his free time in the company of loved ones, play many different sports, enjoy a good movie, series or video game and spend time with the animals he adores.
