Renata has more than 23 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, sales and product marketing. By developing personalized solutions to increase the productivity and engagement of clients’ employees, it successfully transforms business and achieves healthy growth of organizations. After 18 years of working in large corporations, startups and private companies, he knows the corporate world and small and medium-sized enterprises very well. In corporations, she learned how to organize herself, collaborate, successfully manage demanding projects and multifunctional teams, as well as more than 500 employees in her own team. Running a private company with about two hundred employees, she learned how to successfully manage the entire business and understands the considerations of owners and C-level positions. During her career, Renata continuously improved her knowledge and skills at over fifty professional workshops and educations in the field of leadership and change management, but what is even more important, she learned and applied the above through everyday practice. She helped build more than 180 leaders, either directly as a superior manager, or through education and 1-on-1 coaching. She has collaborated with consulting firms McKinsey, Indra consultoria and Boston Consulting Group and possesses the breadth that a consultant should have, while at the same time understanding how to adapt individual solutions to everyday business and a specific organization. Renata adapts all solutions and education to the real situations and needs of a particular organization or individual, because she believes that there is no one size fits all model. He believes that every organization can successfully engage its employees, without artificial employer branding and large financial expenses. When he is not working, he likes to read, or hang out with family and friends, with good food and good music. She is known for the fact that she loves to swim, so she is the first to open the season on the Mrežnica river at about 15 degrees Celsius, together with her twin daughters.
