Davorka is our external associate, specialized in business negotiations. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, and trained at business schools in Germany in the field of management and business negotiation: MMCT (Hannover), HAUFE Akademie (Bitzfeld), COMMAX Consulting AG (Munich), and GABLER Management Institute (Wiesbaden). He also has a certificate from the organization Oxford Coaching Mentoring School London. She has over 30 years of experience in managerial positions in domestic and foreign retail chains, of which 11 years as a member of the Procurement Board and procurator. She independently led over 10,000 negotiations with domestic and international partners, and was responsible for the purchase value of goods of 200,000,000.00 euros. Davorka now trains teams and organizations in the area of Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, as well as Croatia, where she works with some of the largest and most famous domestic companies, passing on her knowledge and experience in the field of business negotiation, sales, conflict management, and presentation skills. She is a regular columnist in the magazines InStore and Poslovni savjel, is a regular lecturer at Blue Office, the entrepreneurial center of the city of Zagreb, and is an active participant in numerous FMCG conferences in the country and abroad. She is a motivational speaker, author of the book How to negotiate successfully? and Conflict Management, and soon the books titled 100 Negotiation Tactics. She is the winner of the International Economic Forum’s 2015 award for contribution to entrepreneurship in Central and Southeastern Europe, Creators for the Centuries. She is the owner of Biondi.
About Davorka
When working with people, Davorka likes to encourage young people to make changes in their private and professional lives and to achieve their personal and professional goals. At the same time, he tries to make them aware that they have the right to happiness and success, and to strengthen their self-confidence so that they can more easily cope with failure on the way to their goal. In her work, it is important to do what she loves, which is precisely working with different people, nationalities, mentalities and generations. It is also important for her to constantly improve herself through additional education and professional literature. Most of all, she likes to work with people who share the same level of excitement, enthusiasm, empathy and passion for work as she does. In her work, she strives for a very high level of professionalism and responsibility, which is why you can be sure that you are in really good hands with her. Davorka spends her free time enjoying adventure sports (skiing and hiking). When she has had enough of sports excitement, she likes to relax with a good book or smooth jazz.
