Zvezdana has more than 16 years of experience as a Headhunter (Executive Search Recruiter) – a person who specifically searches for the best experts for a specific position in the organization and as a Career Transformation Coach/Outplacement Expert, i.e. an expert who guides individuals through the entire job search process and provides support through practical skills of writing a resume, motivational letter and preparing for an interview with an employer through a live simulation. It is completely focused on its clients and does not help them find any new job. It helps them visualize themselves as a new person, in a completely new work environment and find a job that will bring them not only financial benefits, but also return the purpose and passion to their work, regardless of whether it is a position with a new employer or a promotion/change within the existing organization. Clients, as well as colleagues, often say of her that in her company it is impossible to remain unmotivated for change or some activity, and that her energy is contagious. With his personality, he motivates others to bring out the best in themselves. Zvezdana’s clients are also companies that it helps introduce or improve the human resources management function, write manuals, policies, procedures or diagrams related to important processes, create a skills matrix or systematize workplaces. In addition to the already mentioned experience, Zvezdana has been working as an interpreter and translator for 27 years with the most respected political and humanitarian international organizations in the world (UN, OSCE, OSCE/ODIHR), as well as with various institutions of EU member states and global companies, so it can rightly be said that is a highly qualified expert in the activities he deals with. Zvezdana completed two university studies, economics and strategic management of human resources and studies of foreign languages. He is a great supporter of lifelong learning. Slovene and Croatian are her mother tongues, and she actively speaks English and German as well as several other European languages. She is the owner of Estrellaforma.
About Zvezdana
She was born and raised in Slovenia, was educated in institutions in Slovenia, Serbia and the USA and attended the education she needed for her job in Austria and England. During all the past years, partly for work, but also during her vacation, she traveled almost all of Europe and part of Asia and got to know thousands of people of different social statuses, different cultures, races, religions and ethnicities. He continuously applies this valuable experience, along with his intuitive understanding and appreciation of the differences between people, but also their limitations, in the realization of all business projects. Advising more inexperienced colleagues and motivating them to work, planning time and organizing activities according to lean principles, and delivering results in the given time and according to quality standards, are just some of Zvezdana’s strengths. In her spare time, Zvezdana is actively engaged in road and trail running, works out in the gym, reads, draws, listens to music and sings.
